The ultra-thin lamb is cooked medium-rare by briefly dipping it in the broth for about 5 seconds.

The melt-in-your-mouth texture and the deep umami of the medicinal herb soup combine to create an unprecedentedly delicious experience.

The medicinal soup is blended by the shop owner, who is a certified practitioner of traditional Japanese and Chinese herbal medicine.

We combine carefully selected domestic mushrooms from all over Japan, focusing on beauty, health, and anti-aging, allowing you to choose according to your physical condition and mood each day.
